Orders:

• Smaller: Full payment needed 24 hours before pick-up. We bake fresh daily!
• BIG Orders (3+ dozen): 25% deposit to book, full payment 1 week before pick-up. Gotta prep the goods!

Cancellations: 

• Last Minute (day of): No refunds, as your treats are already in the oven!
• Day Before: 24-48 hours’ notice for a 50% refund, minus the deposit
• Advanced Notice: 3-6 days notice for 75% refund, minus the deposit
• Plenty of Time: A week or more notice for a full refund, minus the deposit.
